Develop your skills

Develop a well rounded wrestling skillset through intensive and/or technique focused programs. Athletes will learn tools to advance their wrestling to the next level with state of the art facilities at Kamehameha Schools Kapalama Campus.

Achieve your goals

Wrestlers will learn strategies for mental toughness on and off the mat, set actionable goals, and improve their wrestling intentionally with mental strength and well being in mind.

10-DAY INTENSIVE CAMP

July 5th-14th, 2026

For wrestlers dedicated to improvement through intense training and competitive environment.


  • Wrestlers 8th to 12th grade
  • At least 1 year of wrestling experience
  • Overnight boarding and meals included
  • USA Wrestling Membership required

Learn key drills and essential technique to strengthen the foundation of your wrestling skillset.
